Like a glove or a new soft shoe, India Palace seems to fit me right. It is so cold today & I was so hungry, too (a very no breakfast day) that this seemed like the only option, really. I piled up 2 plates worth (!!) & got some rice pudding for dessert. Ordered a tea as well (not poctured) & read this Calder pamphlet from the Whitney. Totally amazing. My foe Shawn once said that buffets are gross cuz the food temp is real low (or something or another), but I gotta say that this food was piping WARM / totally rad & has set me straight until I can reasonably take a nap...Tuesday, February 03, 2009
